In many cases individual clients may have the benefit of legal expenses insurance as part of their home insurance or other household policy. We act for individuals in helping to secure legal expenses insurance with their insurance provider . This may be where an insurance policy is in place but where cover is disputed or the insured is experiencing unexpected delays in receiving confirmation that their matter is covered under the policy.
